Duties

- Negotiate terms and conditions with insurance carriers to secure the best deals for clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the policy selection process and beyond.
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations while handling sensitive client information.
- Engage in outside sales activities to expand the client base and promote services.
- Assist in benefits administration for clients, ensuring they understand their options.
Experience
- Proven experience in sales or customer service roles, preferably within the insurance industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess market trends and client needs.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on building relationships.
- Experience in negotiating contracts and terms with vendors or carriers is a plus.
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations is preferred but not mandatory.
