Position Overview
We’re looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team at Lucas Oil Live Concert Hall. In this role, you’ll help maintain a clean and welcoming environment for guests, artists, and staff—before, during, and after events.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform venue cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and trash removal
- Clean restrooms, dressing rooms, VIP lounges, and common areas
- Restock restrooms and janitorial supplies as needed
- Wipe down surfaces, windows, and mirrors
- Follow all safety guidelines and cleaning procedures
- Report any maintenance or safety concerns to the supervisor
- Maintain professionalism in a fast-paced, high-traffic environment
Qualifications
- Prior custodial or event cleaning experience preferred
- Comfortable working in a high-energy, loud environment
- Strong attention to detail and efficiency
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- Available for flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Physically able to stand, bend, lift, and move equipment or materials as needed
