Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire process of the Express Department, from vehicle intake to final inspection.
- Ensure that all Multi-Point Inspections are conducted thoroughly and with attention to detail.
- Supervise and support the express team, providing guidance and training as needed.
- Monitor work quality to ensure that all services meet the dealership’s high standards.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and efficient operations.
- Address and resolve any issues or concerns related to service or customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed and departmental performance.
- Implement and enforce best practices for safety, efficiency, and customer service.
Pay: $20.00/flat rate

Qualifications:
- 2 years of proven experience in automotive lube operations
- Previous supervisory or management experience preferred.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using automotive diagnostic tools and software.
