Essential Functions
- Determines property ownership and gathers relevant owner information.
- Locates and compiles real property documents; interprets/summarizes documents.
- Determines land rights for various parcels by highlighting any pertinent encumbrances, zoning, or ownership issues.
- Assists project management in site selection by highlighting most suitable properties from a Land Rights perspective.
- Creates spreadsheets, enters data and maintains records.
- Contacts city, county or governmental offices in order to collect or confirm land rights research.
- Deed plots legal descriptions to accurately portray bearings and boundaries.
- Negotiates with customers to obtain necessary contracts and agreements.
- Utilizes Google Earth Pro and/or ARC GIS to map easements and to articulates the placement, boundaries and GIS coordinates of real property documents.
- Tracks deadlines and project milestones.
- Works directly with the client/Project Manager to ensure satisfactory land rights have been obtained.
- Delegates work follows up efficiently to complete all assignments.
- Prepares, submits and tracks permit applications to governmental authorities, including DOT, BLM, BOR, railroad entities, and others.
Desired Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or other related field (preferred)
- 2-3 year(s) of experience in title examination/land rights research/site selection
- Proficient using Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, and Outlook;
- Proficient in using Salesforce;
- Professional and effective communication skills (verbal and written);
- Ability to read and learn and understand encumbrances pertinent to real property;
- Hard working positive attitude with a desire to learn and grow;
- Ability to pass basic background test
- GIS/Google Earth experience is a plus
- IRWA education is a plus

- Candidate must be local to the greater Denver, CO area (or willing to relocate)

Salary : $40 - $70
