We are looking for self-driven, motivated, hardworking, energetic salespeople to join our team.
Responsibilities will include:
•Answering incoming calls
•Outbound calling on customer leads
•Schedule reservations
•Update/maintain customer database
•Follow up calls to customers after purchase
•Educate and advise customers on products and pets
•Follow all policies and procedures
•Opening and closing duties
•Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications/Skills:
•High school diploma or GED
•Friendly and outgoing personality
•Excellent verbal and phone skills
•Computer literacy
•Problem solving skills
•Strong time management skills, ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize
•Ability to sit, stand or walk for long periods of time
•Ability to bend, twist, squat, and lift 30 lbs.
•Reliable transportation and attendance
•Availability to work evenings and weekends
•Required 1 year customer service or sales experience
•Preferred prior experience in a commissioned sales position
Pay Structure:
•Non-exempt (Hourly) Employee
•$16-$27 per hour ($16 base/$27 average with commission for motivated salespersons)
•Eligible for Commission pay after training – based on sales and performance metrics
•Eligible for Vacation Accrual after 6 months
