We invest in value-added acquisition of fixed assets as well as land acquisition for newly build community development. All Peak Communities are professionally managed by Peak Management Company LLC. We are embarking on an exciting journey to create a one-of-a-kind, modern manufactured housing development that redefines single-family home community living.
What is manufactured housing? Manufactured Housing (MH) is a home that is constructed primarily or entirely in a controlled factory with quality materials and products and then transported to a site where it is placed on a foundation. Manufactured homes offer an affordable alternative to home ownership to traditional homes constructed onsite.
About the Role :
The Home Sales Consultant aims to turn prospects into homeowners and residents at a Peak Community. Through professional sales techniques and providing excellent customer service, you will guide prospects through selecting the perfect home, applying, financing, and understanding their lease contracts. This position will receive an hourly base pay rate in addition to commission.
Job Responsibilities :
Client Engagement : Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and guiding them through the manufactured home buying process.
Market Knowledge : Stay informed about Texas and MH real estate market trends, pricing, and neighborhood developments.
Prospecting and Lead Generation : Proactively seek out potential clients and generate leads through various channels, respond timely to leads through lead sources.
Persuasive Communicator : Builds rapport by skillfully guiding the conversation and providing excellent customer service.
Networking : Attend local events, join industry groups, and leverage social media to expand your network and client base.
Document Management : Handle the creation, review, and processing of crucial real estate documents with meticulous attention to detail.
Timely Execution : Coordinate the timely submission of documents, supporting a streamlined workflow for the entire team.
Qualifications :
Sales Experience : Proven sales success. Real estate sales experience is preferred, but not required.
Customer Focus : A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication skills; persuasive sales techniques.
Tech-Savvy : Experience with CRM systems, Microsoft applications, and real estate management software.
Adaptable : Willing to adjust schedule and meet demands based on business and client needs.
