About the Job :

We are seeking an experienced Lawn Care Professional & Maintenance Handyman to maintain the landscaping and general upkeep of a single-family housing subdivision. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys working outdoors, and has a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities :

Mowing, edging, trimming, and general lawn maintenance

Seasonal landscaping (mulching, planting, leaf removal, etc.)

Basic irrigation system maintenance and minor repairs

General handyman tasks, including fence repairs, pressure washing, and minor carpentry work

Routine maintenance of common areas, signage, and subdivision entry points

General maintenance duties, including basic home inspections and minor repairs

Snow removal (if applicable)

Requirements :

Proven experience in lawn care, landscaping, and general maintenance

Ability to operate and maintain lawn care equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.)

Basic knowledge of irrigation systems, carpentry, home inspections, and general repairs

Strong work ethic and reliability

Valid drivers license and reliable transportation

This position is open to Full Time Regular employment or Contract Workers
