- High school diploma or equivalent – Required
- 6 months of customer service experience – Required
- 6 months of front desk reception or scheduling experience in a medical office – Strongly preferred
- Prior PM / EHR experience – Strongly preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite – Strongly preferred
- Computer / Tech Savvy – Strongly preferred
- Knowledge and experience with medical billing and insurance payors, including Medicare, Medicaid, Private Insurance, and Managed Care Programs – Strongly preferred Benefits :
