As a rapidly growing practice, we’re looking for a creative and strategic Public Relations & Social Media Coordinator to amplify our brand, foster meaningful relationships, and manage a vibrant social media presence.  This role is perfect for a motivated individual with a passion for storytelling, community engagement, and health advocacy.  As the Public Relations & Social Media Coordinator, you will take the lead on communication efforts, combining public relations expertise with social media creativity to drive OnePeak Medical’s visibility and influence.  Key Responsibilities Public Relations

  • Develop and maintain a database of media and news outlet contacts.
  • Actively solicit and pitch stories to secure media placements that enhance OnePeak Medical’s reputation.
  • Write persuasive and compelling short-form and long-form content, such as press releases, byline articles, and case studies.
  • Build strong relationships with journalists, influencers, and community stakeholders.
  • Plan and execute PR campaigns, media events, and initiatives that elevate brand awareness.
  • Serve as the company spokesperson when needed and handle media inquiries.  Social Media Management
  • Lead social media strategies across platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, and X (formerly Twitter).
  • Create, schedule, and monitor original, on-brand content that resonates with diverse audiences.
  • Stay on top of social media trends and incorporate them into strategies to boost engagement.
  • Manage and respond to comments, messages, and mentions professionally and promptly.  Community Engagement & Event Coordination
  • Plan, coordinate, and attend frequent community events, including sporting events, health fairs, grand openings, and workshops.
  • Handle event logistics, such as securing materials, managing staff schedules, and ensuring successful execution.
  • Represent OnePeak Medical at events to foster relationships with local organizations, businesses, and residents.
  • Be flexible to attend weekend and multi-day events as needed.  Content Creation
  • Generate high-quality content for blog articles, newsletters, and social media posts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to gather insights and create informative, engaging content.
  • Manage an editorial calendar to ensure a steady stream of impactful communications for patients, providers, and media outlets.  Analytics and Reporting
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of PR campaigns, social media efforts, and community events.
