Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and dependable Maintenance Handyman to support the day-to-day upkeep of our luxury factory-built residential subdivision. The ideal candidate is a hands-on professional with broad skill set in home repairs and light general maintenance. This position involves working both inside homes and throughout the community to ensure everything is in excellent condition.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform general repairs and maintenance on homes (interior and exterior), office, and the clubhouse
Conduct routine inspections and address maintenance issues promptly
Handle light carpentry, plumbing, and electrical tasks
Assist with landscape maintenance and common areas, including cleanup, weeding,
Assist with setup and finishing of new homes as needed
Coordinate with contractors and vendors when necessary
Complete maintenance work orders efficiently and professionally
Support community appearance and safety standards
Respond to emergency maintenance issues when required
Conduct professional communication with coworkers, residents, and guests
Qualifications:
Proven experience in general maintenance, handyman work, or residential repair
Working knowledge of plumbing, basic electrical, carpentry, and landscaping
Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
Self-starter with the ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
Good communication and customer service skills
Reliable transportation and a valid drivers license
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work both indoors and outdoors
Preferred:
Experience working with factory-built or modular homes
Familiarity with residential subdivisions or planned communities
