Peak Partners has a client who is a well-established Maryland law firm in search of a Paralegal for their Trusts & Estates practice.
This is a hybrid role located in Baltimore, MD. The salary is commensurate on experience.
Responsibilities :
- Handle all aspects of the probate process
- Prepare federal and state estate tax returns
- Run various tax projections
- Coordinate the preparation of all appraisals and income tax returns (individual and fiduciary)
- Handle all aspects of trust administration
- Prepare fiduciary accountings
- Distribute to beneficiaries
- Conduct tax planning
- Coordinate fiduciary income tax return preparation
