Peak Performance Group is a progressive sales firm in the Vancouver area that has grown tremendously over the last two years and has provided first-rate customer acquisition and sales solutions for major brands across the telecommunications industry.
Our newest venture is with Lumen, a billion dollar telecommunications company. Lumen has provided communications products and services to mainly the Northwest area, but is now expanding throughout the United States. This is where we come in. We are the bridge between the brand and their consumers. Our team of sales professionals are experts in acquiring new customers, driving sales, and ensuring long-lasting customer retention.
Due to forecasted growth projections, we actively need a Customer Service Agent to join our Vancouver-based team. The Customer Service Agent will meet with customers and promote and sell Lumen products that best serve their needs. The best person for this position is empathetic, dedicated, solution-focused and confident.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities of the Customer Service Agent:
- Meet with prospective customers in a residential setting by following a lead-generated system
- Conduct interactive sales presentations on tv, internet and phone solutions to customers
- Establish rapport and build genuine relationships with customers to encourage brand loyalty, repeat business and guarantee lasting customer retention
- Regularly participate in classroom style training sessions to stay current with industry trends, product knowledge, and ongoing promotions available to designated markets
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales orders, and complaints
