Wireless Account Associate Primary Duties :
Increase new customer sign-ups by delivering exceptional customer experiences and personalized service
Present and promote Lumen products, services, and promotions through direct, personalized interactions
Achieve individual and company sales goals while ensuring a positive and memorable customer experience
Build long-term customer relationships through trust, expertise, and effective communication
Participate in entry-level Wireless Account Associate team meetings to share strategies and collaborate on achieving sales objectives
Maintain professionalism by being knowledgeable in Lumen’s products, services, and promotions
Utilize effective sales techniques to increase product visibility and customer engagement
To Be Successful As A Wireless Account Associate, Our Ideal Candidates Typically Have :
Experience in customer service, sales, or retail (preferred but not required)
