A leading engine manufacturer and a prominent global player in the aviation industry. Specializing in the design, development, manufacture, marketing, and support of commercial and military aircraft engines across all thrust and power categories. The MRO Facility maintains a strong presence in all major regions and markets.
Your Responsibilities:
- Oversee sales within the designated market area for MRO Facility
- Pursue new business by meeting with new and existing customers.
- Develop and implement sales strategies.
- Lead the proposal team.
- Manage processing, internal coordination, and active customer contract negotiations.
- Plan and adhere to shop visit schedules within the designated market area.
- Handle account receivables management.
- Conduct customer visits.
- Ensure and enhance customer satisfaction.
Your Experience and Qualifications:
- Degree in mechanical engineering, aviation technology, economics engineering, or business studies.
- Strong Management Skills
- Experience in aviation services sales, particularly engine maintenance services, with product and market knowledge.
- Proficient in IT (SAP, MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong English language skills; German skills are preferred; additional languages are a bonus.
- Excellent negotiation skills, goal-oriented, consistent approach, strong customer orientation, strategic competence, and project management experience.
