Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Front Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our front office team in a dynamic hospitality environment. This role is crucial in ensuring that our guests receive a warm welcome and outstanding service throughout their stay.
Duties
- Manage the front office operations, including reception, guest services, and reservations.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally (On phone or in person).
- Coordinate with management team to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Monitor front desk performance metrics and implement improvements as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions.
- Assist in developing strategies to enhance the overall guest experience.
Requirements
- Proven experience in medical field front office, preferably in an outpatient setting.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Proficient in using EMR software (training provided) and Microsoft Office.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
