We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at Peak Performance Sports & PT in Sneads Ferry. As an outpatient Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for planning, providing, and coordinating all aspects of direct patient care in accordance with established clinic and departmental policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities:
• Providing high-quality patient care and assessment in accordance with established practice standards and clinic/departmental policies.
• Performing patient evaluation, summarizing objective clinical findings, and developing an accurate individualized plan of care.
• Communicating/collaborating with patients, families, caregivers, significant others, and other members of the healthcare team to promote maximum benefit of care.
• Evaluating the effectiveness of treatment plan and revising plan of care as indicated.
• Participating in quality improvement processes and making effective use of patient schedule and time by achieving various efficiency standards.
Qualifications:
To be eligible for this role, you must have a Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy and a current Physical Therapist license, registration, and/or certification as per state regulations.
