Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at Peak Performance Sports & PT in Sneads Ferry. As an outpatient Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for planning, providing, and coordinating all aspects of direct patient care in accordance with established clinic and departmental policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities:
• Provide high-quality patient care and assessment in accordance with established practice standards and clinic/departmental policies.
• Perform patient evaluation, summarize objective clinical findings, and develop an accurate individualized plan of care.
• Communicate/collaborate with patients, families, caregivers, significant others, and other members of the healthcare team to promote maximum benefit of care.
• Evaluate effectiveness of treatment plan and revise plan of care as indicated.
• Participate in quality improvement processes and make effective use of patient schedule and time by achieving various efficiency standards.
Qualifications:
To be eligible for this role, you must have a Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy and a current Physical Therapist license, registration, and/or certification as per state regulations.
