Full Stack Developer

Peak Performers has partnered with a US energy company to assist in their search for a Full Stack Developer. In this contract position, you will deliver new web application & IVR functionality to both customers and contact agents.

Major duties

• Participate in daily SCRUM meetings to discuss project status and plan daily tasks.
• Complete user story tasks including design, data extraction, transformation, integration, and testing.
• Develop and maintain both on-premise and Azure-based solutions.
• Demonstrate completed user stories biweekly to stakeholders and the business.
• Work closely with product owners and stakeholders to clarify requirements and manage expectations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and methodologies.
  
  

What are we looking for?

• Strong understanding of SOLID design principles, secure coding practices, and web-services/API integration.
• Proficiency in .Net Core, Entity Framework Core, WEB API, RESTful services, CSS frameworks (Bootstrap, Angular Material), and JavaScript frameworks (Angular, React).
• Experience with Azure Compute Services (App Services, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus) and Azure Storage (Blob Storage, Data Lake Store, Cosmos DB, Azure SQL).
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipelines.
• Solid understanding of SQL Server with experience in SQL tuning, indexing, and query optimization.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment, demonstrating strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Enthusiasm for technology, a strong work ethic, and a proactive approach to learning and professional development.
• Experience with Azure CLI/PowerShell for automation tasks.
• Knowledge of containerization with Docker.
• Familiarity with Oracle databases.
  
  

About This Position

• Rate: $68.97 - $74.34/hour
• Days / Hours: Monday-Friday
• Contract length: ~10 months
• Hybrid - Onsite 3 days/week in Allentown, PA
