We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Staffing Manager to join our team and oversee key staffing functions, ensuring efficient placement processes and strong client relationships.
Position Overview
The Staffing Manager plays a critical role in managing client relationships, ensuring successful talent placements, and overseeing the full lifecycle of recruitment activities. This position requires collaboration with clients, internal teams, and candidates to meet staffing needs while maintaining Peak Performers’ standards of excellence and compliance.
Core Responsibilities
- Partner with government agencies to generate new business opportunities and job orders, identifying staffing needs and areas where Peak Performers can assist in fulfilling hiring requirements
- Review and assess job orders from clients to ensure alignment with Peak Performers' requirements and develop Position Descriptions / Job Postings.
- Establish budgets and state classifications for requested positions in collaboration with clients and determine competitive bill rates and pay rates.
- Manage client and applicant relationships using CRM and ATS, maintaining accurate and appropriate documentation throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Work with the recruitment team to gather top candidates to submit to clients.
- Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates, managing the scheduling process.
- Handle reasonable accommodation requests and liaise with clients to determine accommodation feasibility.
- Confirm start dates with clients and candidates, ensuring all relevant Purchase Orders (POs) are approved.
- Oversee the initiation of background checks and onboarding for selected candidates, communicating first-day expectations.
- Develop a deep understanding of client agencies, their operations, budgets, and strategic priorities.
- Establish a programmatic approach to providing regular business reviews to clients and obtain client feedback for continuous service improvement.
- Proactively identify and manage escalations to minimize disruptions to service delivery and compliance.
- Provide backup support to recruiters and Staffing Assistant during high-volume periods or staff absences and perform other HR or staffing duties as needed.
