Major Duties
- Provide technical support for IT systems (hardware and software) in a 24/7 environment
- Operate and troubleshoot automated office equipment in both personal computer and Mainframe systems
- Answer customer calls, analyze user needs, and resolve technical issues while tracking progress in an automated system
- Collaborate with local and remote teams to deliver IT solutions and maintain smooth operations
- Print, manage, and distribute jobs within a high-volume print shop
- Participate in rotating on-call services as needed
- Strong technical support experience in hardware, software, and applications
- Proficiency in answering and tracking customer calls using automated tracking tools
- Excellent communication skills to update customers on ticket status and provide clear solutions
- A commitment to delivering quality customer service, resolving issues, and documenting all actions for accountability
- Knowledge of security requirements and best practices
- Experience in generating and distributing reports to customers and management
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) and familiarity with Microsoft Project
- Hourly Pay Rate: $20.50/hr
- Length of Engagement: March 25- July 1, 2025 (Extension options based upon contract term)
- Days/Hours: 12-hour shift schedule with both day (5:45 AM - 6:15 PM) and night (5:45 PM - 6:15 AM) shifts available. It includes rotating weekends and may require occasional overtime.
