Major duties
- Leverage effective needs analysis, project management, course development, and evaluation skills to provide curriculum design and development consulting; build long-term business relationships with various groups within the organization
- Support the development of content, including measurable learning objectives, leaders and participant materials and tools, experiential scenarios and simulations, assessment and evaluation questions
- Maintain learning resources related to company learning and development programs
- Facilitate training as needed
- Conduct reviews of learning program objectives, assessing the need for modifications to content and structure
- Research current industry trends, recommend and incorporate related updates into the curriculum
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Bachelor's degree in Learning & Development, Training, Learning Design or related field or equivalent experience. 3 years of learning and development experience, including adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and learning technologies.
- Experience in a healthcare/managed care setting preferred.
- PHR/SPHR preferred.
- Project Management experience
- Familiar with adult learning theories, design principles, and branding principles
- HTML and e-learning experience
- Rate: $35.00-$38.65/hr
- Days / Hours: Monday-Friday/9:00am - 5:00pm
- Contract length: 1 month
- Remote (CST timezone preferred)
