About the Role:
We’re looking for a dependable and professional Administrative Assistant to support the daily operations of our Albuquerque office. This individual will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, while also managing a wide range of administrative tasks to ensure smooth and efficient office functions.
Major Duties:
- Greet and assist visitors; answer and route general phone calls
- Manage daily mail – collect, organize, and distribute
- Coordinate office supply inventory and vendor relationships
- Assist with office service renewals and supplier communications
- Process and send checks and payment advice to headquarters, maintaining accurate paper files
- Support with purchase orders (POs) and invoice processing
- Create and maintain organized filing systems
- Record and distribute minutes for monthly meetings
- Review documents for completeness and accuracy
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
- Professional and responsive in interactions with coworkers, customers, and partners
- Prior experience in administrative or secretarial roles
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Additional software skills are a plus
- Demonstrated customer service experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Rate: $20.00/hour
- Contract Length: Temporary to Permanent
- Worksite Location: Albuquerque, NM (87110)
