We are seeking a qualified individual for a Part Time position to review and revise the current Underground Storage Tank (UST) On-Site Supervisor A and B occupational licensing exams, along with the Leaking Petroleum Storage Tank (LPST) Corrective Action Specialist Project Manager occupational licensing exam. This task involves analyzing and revising the current exams and creating and interpreting multiple job task analysis surveys to ensure the content aligns with current practices and regulatory requirements.

The Team You Will Join
- The state of TX government agency responsible for protecting the state's public health and natural resources by regulating air, water, and land quality.
- Review and revise the agency’s UST On-Site Supervisor A/B and LPST Project Manager occupational licensing exams.
- Develop job task analysis surveys for both UST and LPST licensing programs.
- Interpret results and ensure the exam content aligns with up-to-date industry standards and regulatory guidelines.
- A technical degree in science, engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience in curriculum and exam development for technical occupational licensing programs.
- A current TCEQ UST Supervisor Class A/B license for at least 3 years.
- A current TCEQ LPST Project Manager license for at least 3 years.
- Ability to sign a non-disclosure agreement.
- Successful completion of a TCEQ criminal history background check.
- Knowledge and experience with TCEQ rules and regulations related to UST & LPST programs, including enforcement and permitting.
- Experience performing job task analysis and curriculum development for technical occupational licensing programs.
- Project Term: 6 months.
- Work schedule: Flexible and part-time.
- Hours per week: An estimated 2 to 10 hours per week.
- Target Start Date: 03/17/2025.
- Location: Fully Remote (only open to candidates residing in TX)
