Program Manager III

Peak Performers has partnered with a global medical technology company to assist in their search for a Program Manager III. In this contract to perm position, you will focus mainly on FDA remediation efforts and ensure the deliverables of the program are achieved on or ahead of schedule.

Major Duties

• Focus mainly on our FDA remediation efforts, with potential remediation assistance on other upcoming audit streams.
• Ensure the deliverables achieved on or ahead of schedule and within cost standards
• Strategize, implement, and maintain program initiatives that adhere to organizational objectives and develop program assessment protocols for evaluation and improvement, maintain organizational standards of satisfaction, quality, and performance
• Oversee multiple project teams, ensuring program goals are reached
• Manage budget and funding channels for maximum productivity
• Lead teams or programs with broad visibility
  
  

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in health sciences and/or business or financial management required, advanced degree preferred
• At least 10 years of professional level experience, at least 5 years’ experience in a program management role with demonstrated success in leading large-scale programs/projects with proven results and effective leadership and management skills.
• Demonstrated program management expertise and experience required; PMP certification preferred.
• Medical Device experience Preferred
• Demonstrated success in leading through influence.
• Demonstrated ability to integrate information to build and implement solutions to organizational problems.
• Results-driven leadership and management skills.
• Outstanding knowledge of change management principles and performance evaluation processes
• Creative thinking and proactive problem-solving skills.
• Lean Six Sigma training/knowledge is a plus.
  
  

About This Position

• Rate: $65- $75/hour
• Contract Length: 6 months
• Contract Type: Temp to Perm
