The Technical Recruiter plays a critical role at Peak, partnering with our MSP Programs to identify top talent for Information Technology, Life Sciences, and Engineering contract jobs, working under highly competitive MSP contracts. In this role, you’ll grow candidate relationships, ensure successful technical talent placements, and collaborate across internal teams to maintain Peak’s high standards of staffing excellence.

Major duties
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing to offer negotiation, for technical roles including Software Engineers, Cloud Architects, Security Engineers, and more.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategies.
- Utilize sourcing tools (Avionte ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.) to attract top technical talent.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and coordinate interviews.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Track and analyze recruiting metrics to optimize processes.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in technical recruiting.
- 3-5 years of experience in technical recruiting within an agency.
- Proven ability to source and attract top-tier technical talent.
- Strong understanding of technical roles, programming languages, and industry trends.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.

- Work arrangement: Hybrid - 4 days per week on-site
- Schedule: M-F 8-5. Additional hours may be required to meet business demands.
