Job Description:
As an Inside Sales Representative at Peak Pest Control, you will play a vital role in generating new business and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers. You will be responsible for taking inbound leads and making outbound calls, nurturing leads, and closing sales for our pest control services. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a passion for sales, and enjoys helping others find solutions to their pest problems.
We are looking for motivated sales representatives to join our Inside Sales team at our Corporate Office in Roy, UT. *This is an in-office position only!*

Benefits:
- Base pay $15 / hour plus uncapped sales commissions.

- Variety of full-time, in-office schedules available between 8:00 am - 6:00 pm, Monday through Saturday (all Sundays off)

What to Expect:
You will receive inbound calls from company-generated leads and provide strategic recommendations as well as perform outbound campaigns. You will support and collaborate with potential customers to find solutions to their pest control needs and build value in Peak's services as well as follow up with leads as necessary using various platforms.
Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal communication skills (required).
- Phone sales and/or customer service experience (preferred).
- Pest control knowledge and experience using FieldRoutes (bonus).
- Ability to work in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
