Job Description:
You will be provided materials to become a licensed pesticide applicator in the State of Utah. On the job training will be provided as you are prepared and trained to be a Peak Pest Control Service Professional. You will be working outdoors and must be ok working in extreme heat and cold conditions. You will be responsible for completing an assigned route daily. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Effectively and efficiently work a daily route in an assigned area performing about 10-15 pest control services per day. Company vehicle and gas card provided
- Provide exceptional customer service, our customers need your best!
- Resolve customer concerns, prevent cancellations, provide solutions
- Record and document product usage, and keep detailed notes in accordance with state law
- Receive Google reviews and referrals from customers
- Meticulously follow pre and post route routines
- Inspect, diagnose and treat for various pest issues
- Educate customers and set proper expectations
- Operate, clean and maintain equipment including, sprayers, backpacks, web pole etc.
- Safely navigate company vehicle to assigned locations. Technician is also responsible for keeping their assigned vehicle clean
- Attend weekly training meetings. We want you to learn as much as you can about the trade!
Compensation:
Wage is $18.00 to $27.00 per hour DOE (there will be a 90-day probationary period to evaluate customer service skill set, technical knowledge, and company fit). We also offer performance bonuses that can earn you an extra $300 per month with sales compensation paid out on top of that. Opportunity to increase compensation based on performance is available.

Our ideal candidate is clean cut, well spoken and confident. They love talking to people and building relationships. No smoking or vaping allowed. You must be presentable and our customers must enjoy having you in their homes.
Location:
Must have reliable transportation and ability to commute to our office in Roy, UT
Schedule:
Monday-Friday start time: 7:30AM (approximately 8 hours per day)
Rotating Saturdays. (Approximately 1 per month)
Qualifications:
- Must be 18 or older
- Valid driver license
- Clean driving record
- A phone to call and text
- Pass background checks
- Pass drug screening
- Well groomed
