- Providing comprehensive clinical services, including documentation, billing, and communication with the healthcare team
- Demonstrating comprehensive clinical knowledge and acceptable performance in all aspects of the patient/client encounter
- Complying with all regulatory guidance, including HIPAA, Medicare rules, and billing and coding guidelines
- Communicating effectively with patients/clients, the public, and all members of the healthcare team
