Job Responsibilities
The successful candidate will provide evidence-based treatment tailored to individual patient needs, participate in ongoing education and training opportunities, and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment that values professional growth.
- Provide physical therapy services to patients, including evaluations, assessments, and treatment plans
- Conduct thorough patient assessments to identify areas of improvement
- Develop and implement effective treatment plans to meet patient goals
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and records
Requirements
To be considered for this position, you must have:
- Graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy Program
- Current or pending state licensure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A strong commitment to patient-centered care
