We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team at Peak Physical Therapy, a division of Upstream Rehabilitation.

Compensation:
$75,000 - $85,000 per year, with sign-on bonus potential
This annual salary range is dependent on experience, credentials, certifications, and other qualifications. Full-time positions may also have the opportunity to participate in bonus programs or other incentive plans.

Requirements:
- Current or pending state licensure
- Graduate from an accredited physical therapy program
- Drive to pursue personal and professional goals
