We are searching for Physical Therapy Technicians that are seeking to learn all about the “ins and outs” of an outpatient physical therapy clinic. Your role will be focused on learning and executing front and back-office tasks related to scheduling, insurance and referral management, as well as assisting physical therapist by helping their patients with exercises, modalities, documentation, organization and other duties to help with clinic functioning. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking to grow their expertise in the physical therapy world, learn more about healthcare or gain experience for eventual graduate school pursuits. Many of our physical therapy techs go on to pursue higher level education in the fields of physical therapy, occupational therapy, physician assistants and more.
Pay range, benefits, and rewards:
Pay range: $16-18/hour
PTO: All new hires begin with 80 hours of Paid Time Off. Employees are also provided 10 flex days per year to avoid using PTO.

Responsibilities:
- Front and back office tasks related to scheduling, copay collection, insurance and referral management
-Various clinical cleaning and organizational tasks to help ensure smooth clinical operations
- Implementing exercise prescription per the PT, OT or PTA plan of care
- Educating and instructing patients on appropriate exercise technique and progressions per their condition
- Documenting key elements of the exercise session
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science or related field
· Background with exercise instruction preferred
· Written and Verbal Communication skills
· Professional and positive attitude
· Customer-service skills
· Ambitious, efficient, and reliable
· Quick to learn and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Full-time & Part-time Positions
Monday-Thursday 7am-7pm & Friday 7am-5pm: Four 10hr shifts preferred, but for the right candidate accommodations available, Various Shifts, NO WEEKENDS OR HOLIDAYS

Pay: $17.23 - $18.00 per hour
