Position Summary:
The Clinical Director will oversee the clinical operations of our organization, ensuring the highest standards of care and clinical excellence. This role requires a dynamic leader with a strong background in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and extensive experience as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). The Clinical Director will be responsible for supervising clinical staff, developing and implementing treatment programs, and ensuring compliance with ethical and professional standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical leadership and oversight to a team of BCBAs, RBTs, and other clinical staff.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on ABA principles.
- Conduct assessments, analyze data, and monitor client progress.
- Ensure all clinical services meet the highest ethical and professional standards.
- Provide training, mentorship, and professional development opportunities for clinical staff.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment.
- Stay current with advancements in the field of ABA and implement best practices.
- Oversee clinical operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and accreditation standards.
Qualifications:
- Master's or Doctorate in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and COBA certification are required.
- Pupil Services Licensure through the Ohio Department of Education is preferred, but not required upon hire
- A minimum of 5-10 years of experience as a BCBA.
- Proven experience in a clinical leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of ABA principles and practices.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with a diverse team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
