What You'll Do
- Provide one-on-one speech-language therapy to children with Autism and other disabilities
- Lead social pragmatic groups for small groups of children
- Maintain daily and quarterly clinical progress notes
- Conduct formal and informal diagnostic assessments
- Train team members on speech-language strategies
- Develop communication home programs (e.g., visual schedules, social stories)
- Provide oral-motor intervention
- Collaborate with parents and caregivers to implement therapy strategies at home
- Work with other professionals in a transdisciplinary model
- Plan and deliver training sessions for parents and team members
- Maintain confidential client case notes and reports
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Experience working with children with Autism and developmental delays
- State License and Registration
- State & FBI Criminal History Clearance
- CPR Certification (or obtained within 30 days of hire)
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
- Passion for working with children in a fun and engaging way
