This position is commission pay only with potential bonus opportunities upon achieving sales quotas. Your primary role will be to attract and develop new opportunities within Peak Pro Roofing's Reroof sector of business.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and target markets.
- Generate leads through various channels, including networking, referrals, and online platforms.
- Manage the sales pipeline from initial contact to closing deals.
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits to prospective clients.
- Utilize CRMs for tracking sales activities, managing customer relationships, and reporting on performance metrics.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales efforts with promotional campaigns.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitor offerings.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in a B2C environment.
- Strong skills in lead generation and upselling techniques.
- A strong, driven individual with a passion for driving sales and revenue within their company.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
- Ability to conduct technical sales presentations and product demos effectively.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and overcoming objections.
- Experience in handling insurance claims for reroofs.
- High School Diploma or GED Required.
- Degree in Sales, Marketing, or other related fields is a plus.
