Duties
- Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, and document management.
- Manage office correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings for staff and clients.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
- Provide clerical support to team members.
- Serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Utilize computer software for various tasks, ensuring all records are up-to-date and accurate.
- Support office management activities to enhance operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an administrative or office management role is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Proficient computer literacy, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Familiarity with phone systems and office equipment is essential.
- Strong attention to detail and proofreading skills to ensure high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Real estate and/or property management experience is a plus, but not required.
