Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to our office operations, ensuring smooth communication and efficient administrative processes. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service.

Duties

  • Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, and document management.
  • Manage office correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
  • Assist in scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings for staff and clients.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
  • Provide clerical support to team members.
  • Serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Utilize computer software for various tasks, ensuring all records are up-to-date and accurate.
  • Support office management activities to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in an administrative or office management role is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
  • Proficient computer literacy, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
  • Familiarity with phone systems and office equipment is essential.
  • Strong attention to detail and proofreading skills to ensure high-quality work.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Real estate and/or property management experience is a plus, but not required.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
