Peak Recovery Project is a PHP/IOP program in Spring Hill, TN. We serve the dually diagnosed and primary mental health communities. Peak Recovery Project is looking for a Group Facilitator to join our team and provide support to individuals with primary mental health disorders in Spring Hill, TN. The successful candidate will have experience in the field of behavioral health, and will be able to lead group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches. This is an excellent opportunity for a compassionate professional to make a real difference in the lives of those struggling with unmanaged mental health needs .

Responsibilities:

• Understand and adhere to the ethical standards of the profession and professional standards of Peak Recovery Project.
• Lead group sessions and facilitate discussion among participants.
• Provide guidance and support to participants in a non-judgmental manner.
• Maintain accurate and timely records of group sessions and participant progress.
• Assess participant progress and communicate noted progress to Clinical Director.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 per week

Experience:

• Behavioral health: 1 year (Required)

Ability to Relocate:

• Spring Hill, TN 37174: Relocate before starting work (Preferred)
