The Role you will play as the Cardiac Surgical Services Director :

As the Director of Cardiac Surgical Services, you will oversee cardiac surgery, cath lab, endoscopy, and work closely to maintain physician relationships.

The scope of their surgical services includes 12 operating rooms, 6 of which are cath lab rooms, 2 open-heart rooms, and a pre- and post-operative area with approximately 20 bays.

This position reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer, who values a relationship-driven, collaborative leader committed to safety, quality, and operational efficiency. You will manage a team of tenured and experienced leaders, and take ownership of a significant budget, requiring strong financial acumen and contract negotiation expertise.
