Business Development Representative:

We are seeking a Business Development Associate (BDA) to play a crucial role in generating leads and securing appointments for our outside sales team. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent communication skills, persistence, and a passion for driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively reach out to potential clients via cold calls, cold emails, and in-person drops to introduce our services and schedule sales appointments.
- Research and identify new business opportunities within our target market.
- Maintain and update lead databases with key prospect information.
- Deliver and distribute marketing collateral to prospective clients.
- Collaborate closely with the outside sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads.
- Track and report outreach efforts, appointment success rates, and client interactions.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a persuasive approach.
- Previous experience in sales, business development, or customer outreach is a plus but not required.
- Confidence in making cold calls and initiating conversations with potential clients.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to handle rejection professionally.
- Basic proficiency in CRM tools or willingness to learn.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for in-person visits.
