The Role: As an Interior Remodeling Sales Consultant, you will:
- Generate and qualify leads for exterior home improvement projects
- Leads will be provided
- Conduct in-home consultations and property assessments
- Prepare and present custom project proposals and estimates complete with 3d rendering
- Close sales and manage client relationships throughout the project lifecycle
- Collaborate with our installation teams to ensure project success. This will be YOUR responsibility.
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in home improvement or a related field
- Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Comfortable with a commission-based compensation structure
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Commission Structure:
- 10% of revenue goes to company overhead
- Initial 50/50 profit split between you and the company. This will change in your favor as you excel.
