Under direction of the Sr. Director, the Marketing and Sales Coordinator is responsible for assisting in developing and directing the company’s marketing and brand development activities that are in alignment with the company’s vision and sales/growth goals. They will be required to coordinate with vendors, verify branding compliance and draft internal and external communication to drive engagement, lead generation, and visibility in the market place.

Physical Demands and Exposures
Peak Rentals requires all employees whose jobs may involve environmental compliance to understand and comply with the U.S. Environmental Protections Agency’s Clean Air Act that regulates air emissions from stationary and mobile sources. A copy of the Clean Air Act can be provided to you upon request from Human Resources.

- This position reports to the Peak office in Gainesville, TX
Under direction of the Sr. Director, the Marketing and Sales Coordinator is responsible for assisting in developing and directing the company’s marketing and brand development activities that are in alignment with the company’s vision and sales/growth goals. They will be required to coordinate with vendors, verify branding compliance and draft internal and external communication to drive engagement, lead generation, and visibility in the market place.
The essential job functions include, but are not limited to
- Design, edit and deploy marketing materials that reflect current branding guidelines and value proposition of each service.
- Work with vendors to negotiate and coordinate timely execution of projects for events, signage, decals, websites and more.
- Write marketing content for various media, including trade magazines, websites, blogs and social networking websites
- Measure the effectiveness of advertising, marketing and communications strategies utilizing digital tools including Hubspot, Google analytics, Adwords, etc.
- Devising strategies to drive online traffic to the company website.
- Analysis of current email marketing campaigns and lead nurturing to making recommendations for improvement.
- Develop technical copy for sales tools such as data sheets, customer case studies, white papers, surveys, webinar scripts.
- Prepare reports on findings while illustrating data, translating complex results into written texts that are clear and understandable, and make concise, thoughtful recommendations.
- Utilize a range of techniques including paid search, SEO and PPC.
- Manage digital library of marketing assets.
- Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing.
- Assist Sales with creation and distribution of customer quotes.
- Distribute leads to proper Sales representatives from online opportunities.
- Assist in all customer RFP response.
- Work with Sales Director to create regional targets based on GIS systems.
- Analysis of market share competitor data.
- Schedule representation for industry events and tradeshows.

Requirements

- Minimum of 5 years marketing experience.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Highly proficient in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and/or Illustrator with a thorough understanding of digital marketing and digital production.
- Experience in photography and videography and/or its coordination.
- Highly proficient in SEO, Wordpress, and Adwords.
- Experienced in digital marketing tools, particularly Hubspot.
- Proficient in Microsoft applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
- Applicants must supply a strong portfolio of previous work.
- Must have the ability to work well with people and be a team player.
- Must be a self-starter and detail oriented.
- Must possess good reasoning, analytical, and mathematical skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Previous PR experience a plus.
Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience.
Physical Demands and Exposures
- Traditional Monday through Friday, 8 – 5 pm, unless operational tempo and requirements dictate otherwise.
- Position works inside a climate-controlled environment a majority of the time.
- Ability to hear telephone conversations and speak clearly.
- Needs high degree of concentration in a busy area.
- Must be willing to travel on occasion.
- Position will travel to various field sites with austere conditions on occasion.
- Ability to individually lift up to 25 lbs.
