We are currently seeking a qualified facility Staffing Coordinator to join our team. Part-time and full-time positions may be available. Full-time position benefits include health, dental, vision, life insurance, Paid time off (PTO), and participation in the company 401(k) retirement plan.
Role Responsibilities
This position provides clerical support function to the nursing department.
Ensure adequate and appropriate staffing of the facility nursing department to meet the needs of the residents based on budget, census, and as may be directed by facility administration
Schedule
Monday-Friday 7am - 3:30pm
Requirements
Required Skills, Education, Licensure, and/or Certifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience with medical terminology
- Proficient computer skills
- Must not pose a direct threat to the health or safety of other individuals in the workplace
Preferred Experience
- Minimum two (2) years scheduling experience.
- Knowledge of computer based scheduling platforms (OnShift, etc)
- Current C.N.A. Certification (NC)
