Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and timely manner
- Present menus and provide detailed information when requested
- Take accurate food and drink orders
- Relay orders to the kitchen staff and ensure timely delivery of meals
- Check on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction and address any issues promptly
- Process payments accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining areas
Experience
- Strong guest relations skills
- Excellent time management abilities
- Basic knowledge of food preparation and math skills
- Prior experience in the hospitality or restaurant industry is a plus
- Ability to work well under pressure and collaborate with team members
- Sales skills to promote menu items and specials
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.52 - $18.49 per hour
