We are currently one of the youngest and fastest-growing financial planning firms in the country. We have grown from one team member less than three years ago to now over 24 team members. Our home office is located in Columbus, OH.

Minimum Requirements:

Main Responsibilities:
- Ensure every client interaction—whether over the phone, in person, or at events—is an outstanding experience
- Oversee and manage the Client Experience department, ensuring high-quality service standards
- Greet clients warmly and ensure they feel valued and welcomed at every visit
- Oversee the planning and execution of client events and office visits
- Maintain a polished, organized, and professional office environment
- Anticipate client needs and proactively address any concerns
- Assist in organizing and coordinating client appreciation initiatives and promotional materials
- Continuously improve processes to enhance the overall client experience
- Manage and oversee the client experience team as well as build out the department over time
