We are currently one of the youngest and fastest growing financial planning firms in the country. We have grown from one team member less than 3 years ago to now over 24 team members. Our home office is located in Columbus, OH.

We are seeking an individual to lead our client service department. This team member will be instrumental in ensuring clients have the most memorable and positive experience.
Minimum Requirements:
- Provide outstanding client service
- Ability to lead team members
- Ability to get things done with little oversight
- Reliable with exceptional work ethic
- Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, proactive, and resourceful
- Ability to prioritize projects and manage time
- Calendar management
- Strong follow-through
- Good-natured, positive attitude, and optimistic
Main Responsibilities:
- Track 401k rollovers and investment transfers
- Complete paperwork for client accounts
- Work with clients as needed when transferring accounts
- Oversee the client service department and ensure efficiency
- Hold client service specialists accountable to KPIs
- Other tasks related to operations and making sure work is being kept off advisors' plates
