We are currently one of the youngest and fastest growing financial planning firms in the country. We have grown from one team member less than 3 years ago to now over 24 team members. Our home office is located in Columbus, OH.

We are looking for an “A " Player looking to take charge and join a motivated group. If you are not growth minded then this is not the job for you. We run fast, work hard, and make a big impact in our client’s lives. This role is for someone looking for a career, not only a 9-5 job.

We are seeking a Financial Planner who is looking to service and build relationships with our clients over time in our new office located in Toledo.

Main Responsibilities

*No specific experience, training, or licensing needed. We will train and grow with you. We have an in-depth training program*

• The ability to work with clients and only that. All other responsibilities will be delegated so you can do what you do best and give the utmost service to our clients.
• NO prospecting, knocking on doors, or pushing family and friends to work with us. We have more people coming to us than we can help at the moment. Your main role is to provide excellent service to our clients.

Minimum Requirements:

• A Player

• Strong people skills and the ability to connect with prospects/clients
• Desire to obtain long-term employment
• Reliable with exceptional work ethic
• Professional
• Attain Series 65 and Life and Health
• Start training to become a CFP if you do not already have it

Pay: Up to $400,000.00 per year
