We are currently one of the youngest and fastest-growing financial planning firms in the country. We have grown from one team member less than three years ago to now over 24 team members. Our home office is located in Columbus, OH.
We are looking for an “A " Player looking to take charge and join a motivated group, overseeing and leading the office staff at our offices. If you are not growth-minded, then this is not the job for you. We run fast, work hard, and make a big impact in our clients’ lives. This role is for someone looking for a career, not only a 9-5 job.

Main Responsibilities:
- Greet clients when they arrive at our office
- Oversee the department
- Holding office admins accountable to KPIs and personal goals
- Administrative tasks - scanning documents, paperwork prep, and data entry
- Ensure office supplies are ordered and in stock
- Assist in organizing events, event supplies, and promotional material
- Maintain the office environment in immaculate and organized condition
- Take miscellaneous tasks off of our advisors' list so they can best serve our clients
