We are currently one of the youngest and fastest-growing financial planning firms in the country. We have grown from one team member less than three years ago to now over 24 team members. Our home office is located in Columbus, OH.

Main Responsibilities:
- Oversee and support the team, ensuring efficiency and productivity
- Foster a positive and motivated work environment
- Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to team members
- Ensure tasks and projects are completed with accuracy and on time
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions
- Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback
- Support advisors and other departments by removing roadblocks and ensuring seamless operations
