Position Overview:
As a Sports Performance Coach at Peak Sports Performance, you’ll be responsible for developing and delivering customized training programs to improve speed, strength, and agility for athletes of all ages and skill levels. This role requires a coach with experience of working with young athletes, a passion for programming, and an ability to make training fun, engaging, and effective.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement speed and agility training programs tailored for young athletes of varying skill levels.
- Lead group and individual coaching sessions that enhance speed, agility, coordination, and overall athletic performance.
- Create a fun, motivating, and safe training environment that encourages youth athletes to give their best.
- Monitor athlete progress, providing constructive feedback to help each individual improve.
- Provide ongoing feedback and encouragement to help athletes progress and achieve measurable results.
- Educate athletes on proper technique, injury prevention, and the importance of warm-up and cool-down exercises.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience working with youth athletes, preferably in speed, agility, or athletic performance coaching.
- Has obtained or in progress Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and Certified Personal Trainer (CPT)
- High-energy, engaging personality with the ability to motivate and inspire young athletes.
- Strong background in creating and executing training programs tailored for young athletes.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with kids and teens.
- A self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
- First Aid/CPR certification (preferred).
