Responsibilities :
- Implement and manage automation solutions to enhance production efficiency and reduce manual effort.
- Automation Integration
- Conduct detailed assessments of workforce performance, work hours, and efficiency.
- Maintain and improve systems for ongoing performance tracking
- Fixture and Tooling Assessment
- Evaluate the required quantities of jigs and fixtures to support production needs effectively.
- Facility Layout Planning
- Design and optimize facility layouts to improve workflow and space utilization.
