Administrative Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate meetings, travel, and other group activities.
- Prepare correspondence, calendars, and reports.
- Assist with travel arrangements, visa processing, and relocation support.

Requirements:
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in administrative roles.
- Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Technical Skills: Knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications, word processing, spreadsheet, and graphics software.
